NYC sicko tried to rape elderly woman — then vigilantes got to him: cops, report

Police and reports say that local vigilantes beat him so badly that 19 people were arrested for violent rape attempting to rape a 70-year-old Bronx woman after local vigilantes beat him badly.

The NYPD confirmed that Ramos, who lived nearby, was arrested Sunday and charged with rape and attempted robbery.

He had not been arrested by Tuesday afternoon. As law enforcement sources said he was still at St. Barnabas Hospital.

The exact nature of his injury was unknown.

Ramos was last arrested on October 6, 2018 and allegedly shot an officer, police said, as he allegedly claimed he had taken the Bronx Deli.
