New ICE leverage in form of BE GONE Act, targeting sexually violent offenders

Exclusive: Both House members introduced the bill Wednesday to strengthen penalties for illegal immigrants convicted of sexual offences.

Better enforcement of harsh crimes through unnatural immigration (Be Gone) acts codifies a key part of President Donald Trump’s “zero tolerance” border crackdown.

Also, the timing is right to admit the month of sexual assault awareness, according to Senators R-Iowa and R-Texas sponsors.

In September, Gonzales’ office obtained data from ICE showing 15,811 illegal immigrants in the “non-decisive docket” and 425,431 convicted offenders, overall sexual assault convictions.

The Be Gone Act formally expands the definition of “advanced felony,” also known as the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, Title 8.

“President Trump and his team need to reverse the damage of the past four years and ensure that all of Joe Biden’s last sexual predators must be deported,” Ernst told Fox News Digital on Wednesday.

“The health and safety of our citizens must always be the first to come, and I am proud to continue working with President Trump to protect Americans,” she added.

“These violent, criminal and illegal aliens need to be gone!”

Gonzalez, who represents the largest trans-Mexican district in the House, said both the Eagle Pass and Del Rio’s illegal immigration epicenters were in his jurisdiction.

He told Fox News that his district witnessed a “bond” before Trump. [of] We ignore the hands of our border patrol agents and the warnings from law enforcement that illegal foreigners who have received violent criminal charges are entering our country. ”

“Thousands of these criminals have been charged with sexual violence on their records.”

Gonzalez added that the Be Gone Act will give Homeland Security Officers more tools to identify and deport illegal immigrants from sexual violence.

“We look forward to joining forces with our colleagues in the House and Senator Joni Ernst to move this important legislation to the finish line,” he said.

The bill also received support from the “Sensible Mivirigant” group Numbersusa.

“This is a common sense law that Congress passed this year to protect Americans from criminally illegal aliens following the Laken Riley Act,” the director of federal affairs said.

Joe Chatham, an official with the American Federation of Immigration Reforms, added that Congress should quickly hand over the change to Title 8.

“Fair is proud to support the Be Gone Act and protect the American community from illegal foreign crime,” Chatham said.

“Under the Biden administration’s policies, tens of thousands of criminal foreigners have been arrested for trying to enter the illegal state, and shocking data last year shows that at least 16,320 foreigners have been convicted of sexual assault in the United States.”

Co-sponsor Ernst also led Sarah’s law in particular. Trump signed it earlier this year.

The bill is named after Sarah Root, who was killed by illegal immigrants in 2016, and his family, Ernst, fought for nearly a decade to get justice.
