Lawyers reveal they’ll claim Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was a ‘swinger,’ not a rapist – as he turns down plea deal from feds

Sean “Diddy” Combs will argue in his upcoming lattelling trial that he is just a “swinger” and that the de-dropped sex demons didn’t drive him out, his lawyer revealed Friday.

“There’s a lifestyle. I call it swingers and stuff. I thought it was common,” Combs’ lawyer Mark Agnifilo said at a pre-trial hearing for the shameful music mogul in Manhattan federal court.

“A lot of people think it’s appropriate because it’s common,” adds Agnifilo.

Judge Arun Subramanian ruled from the bench that while Combs’ lawyers could raise Swinger’s arguments, they could not cite other examples of prominent people who were believed to have engaged in such a “lifestyle.”

Federal prosecutors also revealed for the first time on Friday that Combs had rejected the offer of a plea that preceded the May 5th trial.

The founder of the 55-year-old bad boy record faces charges of assault and sex trafficking, and prosecutors have allegedly forced lovers to make a drug-fueled, multi-day sex marathon called “freak-off,” and run his company as a criminal enterprise.

He returns to life in prison.

Federal prosecutors said in court documents that witnesses taking the 8-10-week trial would give “graphic testimony” on “year” assaults, forced drug-fuel sex marathons and multiple rapes.

Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, is expected to testify against him.
