Wisconsin Judge Shielded Illegal Alien Charged with Strangulation, Domestic Violence

Illegal immigrants allegedly smuggled from court by a judge on the far left of Wisconsin state, have long records of criminal charges, including strangulation and choking, batteries and domestic abuse, said a top spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security.

“Since President Trump took office, activist judges have tried to obstruct the American mission to secure the homelands of President Trump and Americans, but the judge’s actions to protect illegal aliens from justice from the accused violent criminals are shocking and shameful.” statement From spokeswoman Patricia McLaughlin.

Former Democrat activist and current Judge Hanna Dugan was arrested Friday, allegedly leading illegal immigrants who had been deported from federal ice officers who expected him to arrest after a court assault hearing.

Administrative authorities may use judicial smuggling to highlight political partisanship among some judges in federal judiciary.

“Democrats are currently defending felony criminal plans to help illegal foreigners charged with strangulation and choking get arrested,” said a tweet from Stephen Miller, Trump’s top immigration aide. “The Democrats have really become a party of criminal alien gangs and thugs.”

This week, a New Mexico Magistrate Judge was arrested after photos showed illegal immigrants living in his home.

That was what Massachusetts Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph was. charging With obstruction of justice after she helped illegal immigrants avoid ice-fighting at Boston Court. She was suspended for three years, but was charged in 2022 by President Joe Biden’s immigration supporters.

Democrats also attempted to impose economic sanctions on El Salvador’s population, which refused to send foreign immigrants back to Maryland.

Political party evidence covers the US Supreme Court. The U.S. Supreme Court is responsible for governing national judges and awarding legal claims for Trump’s enforcement of national immigration law.

Criminal charges say:

We recognize from a review of the public records that on March 18, 2025, Eduardo Flores Lewis (“Flores Lewis”) (1994) was charged in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court case number with three counts of abuse of physical pain and injury.

Agents from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Project (“ICE ERO”) have identified Flores Lewis as an individual not legally in the United States. A review of Flores-Ruiz’s alien registration file (“A File”) shows that Flores-Ruiz is a native and citizen of Mexico, and Flores-Ruiz was issued with an I-860 notification and an order for rapid removal by US Border Patrol agents on January 16, 2013, and Flores-Ruiz was excluded through Mexico via Nogales. There is no evidence in the far DHS index that Flores Lewis has asked or obtained permission to return to the United States.

The court adjutant reported that the clerk had awakened and spoke with Judge Dugan. Judge Dugan was visibly angry and commented that the situation was “silly,” leaving the bench and entering the chamber. At the time, Flores Lewis was sitting in a courtroom gallery.

Members of the arrest team reported the next incident after Judge Dugan left the bench after learning of their presence. Judge Dugan and the judge, both wearing judicial robes, approached members of the arrest team in the public corridors. Judge A’s court is adjacent to Judge Dugan’s court. Witnesses uniformly reported that Judge Dugan was visibly upset, confrontational and angry. Judge Dugan addressed Deportation Officer A and asked if Deportation Officer A exists to appear in court. When Deporter A responded “No,” Judge Dugan said Deporter A must leave the court. Deportation Officer A said that Deportation Officer A was there to make the arrest come true. Judge Dugan asked if Deportee A had a judicial warrant, and Deportee A replied, “No, I have an administrative warrant.” Judge Dugan said Deportation Officer A would need a judicial warrant. The deportation officer told Judge Dugan that Deportation Officer A was in public and had a valid immigration warrant. Judge Dugan asked to see the executive warrant and deportation officers. Judge Dugan then asked Deportation Officer A to speak with the Supreme Court. Judge Dugan then interacted in a similar way with FBI Agent B and CBP Officer A. After learning that they had not attended a court appearance and were with Ice, Judge Dugan ordered the Chief Judge’s office to report it.

The defense attorney and Flores Lewis then walked towards each other towards the public court exit. The court adjutant heard Judge Dugan stand up and say something like, “Wait, come with me.” Despite being advised on an administrative warrant for Flores Lewis’ arrest, Judge Dugan escorted Flores Lewis and his lawyers from the court through the “ju-jury door” leading to the court’s non-boundary area. These events were also unusual for two reasons. First, the court adjutant had previously heard Judge Dugan tell people not to sit in the ju appraisal box as it was dedicated to using the ju appraisal. Secondly, according to the vice-chairman of the court, only prison defendants escorted by agents, ju apprentices, court staff and lawmakers used the ju appellate door. The defense attorneys and the accused who were not detained have never used the ju judge’s door.

So far, Democrats have backed judges who have tried to smuggle immigrants attacking their wives from federal police officers.

For example, Tony Evers, of Wisconsin’s Democratic government, said Trump’s agent was trying to undermine justice “at all levels.” “As this situation is unfolding in court, I will continue to put my faith in the judicial system,” he said.
