What Jets, Giants might do on Day 2 of 2025 NFL Draft

Post’s Paul Schwartz and Brian Costello look at the Giants and Jets who can target Saturday in round 4-7 on the third day of the 2025 NFL Draft.

What will Jet do on the third day?

The Jet enters the final day of the draft with five picks.

They can add some depth to positions such as defensive lines, edge rushes, attack lines, safety, and more. Next is the quarterback question.

The Jets have a backup to Justin Fields and Tyrod Taylor, but were able to add their third development quarterback on Saturday.

People like Kyle McCord, Will Howard, or Riley Leonard could make sense for the Jets to add.

What the Giants do on the third day

Of the three picks in the first three rounds, the Giants added two front defenders and one development quarterback.

The need to add depth along the offensive line remains a concern and understands what to deal with in the later rounds.

It may be too late to find a security guard who can try your hand at a starting spot.

Also, don’t be surprised if the Giants get into the running back pool. This is a particularly strong draft in that place, as they are not deep in that position.
