Man charged with murder after Chicago fire captain dies in fire suspect allegedly lit

The man accused of engaging in the fire that killed Chicago Fire Department (CFD) Colonel David Meyer on Wednesday was charged with murder.

Chicago Fire Union’s local president, Patrick Cleary, said Fox 32 Chicago It was “pretty obvious” with 44-year-old Charles Green suspecting that he had caused the fire.
