Cuellar Says Democrats Made The Wrong Choice In Case Of Deported MS-13 Suspect

Texas Democrat Henry Culler suggested that Democrats made a strategic mistake by rallying illegal immigrants accused of human trafficking and accused of partnering with the MS-13 gang.

Queller, representing the district adjacent to Mexico Three-quarters Hispanics criticized his Democratic colleague’s decision to focus on reputable MS-13 gangbanger Kilmer Abrego Garcia on discrepancies with the administration’s deportation policy. Congressional Democrats traveled to El Salvador to seek release from Abrego Garcia from the Centre for Terrorism Confinement (CECOT) prison, returning to the United States despite suspicion of connection to criminal charges. The Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to “promote” the return of Abrego Garcia, but argued that Trump officials no longer have jurisdiction over illegal non-citizens who were deported, given his detention in El Salvador.

“This is not the right question to talk about a legitimate process,” Cuellar said. I said “The Brian Kilmeade Show” by Fox News Radio Friday. “This is not the right case. This is not the right person to say, ‘We need to bring him back to the US.’ ”

“Democrats shouldn’t take [on] The issue is, “When you see immigration, is this an immigration case you would take to fight? In my opinion, absolutely no.”

Democrat Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen became the first Democrat to travel to El Salvador to defend Abrego Garcia’s release from CECOT.

“We must continue to work to urgently return Kilmer to Maryland safely,” Van Hollen said. I said In a press release on April 15th.

During an interview with reporters, Van Hollen mistakenly deemed Abrego Garcia a “US citizen.”

Other Democrats justified the defense of Abrego Garcia’s voice despite alleged criminal history suspected of illegal immigrants.

“We need to have this fight as a nation about whether or not the constitution should still be maintained, but we have three comparable branches of the government and I believe the president is currently blatantly ignoring one of those branches.” I said The politics of the Trump administration refused to return Abrego Garcia to the United States. “I wouldn’t have chosen this case for myself because it’s difficult for El Salvador’s works. He’s in another country, but the case chose us.”

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), the campaign arm of the House Republicans, offered to pay for a trip to El Salvador for Democrats on April 21, following a four-person House Democrat’s trip to the Central American country.

“We have one condition: the whole live stream,” said NRCC spokesman Mike Marinella. I said In a statement. “We pay for plane tickets. They can’t forget that they smile for the camera while selling out their members.”

Cuellar, who is NRCC? I’m looking for it Former President Joe Biden criticized him for failing to secure a border in order to be defeated in the mid-term. He also claimed that Biden administration officials served leftist immigrant advocates, leaving border communities shaking from the effects of illegal immigration.

“When they said the border was safe, it was laughing. That wasn’t,” Culler told Kilmeade. “If we don’t pay more attention to immigration advocates and pay attention to border communities and other parts of the US, our priorities aren’t set correctly.”

Cuellar was one of 46 House Democrats who voted “yes” under the Laken Riley Act, requiring the detention of illegal immigrants who committed a variety of criminal offences. He also supported laws that increased criminal penalties for illegal foreigners trying to escape from border patrol agents via electric vehicles.
