House Republicans voted to overwhelmingly eliminate one of former President Joe Biden's electric vehicle duties, but Democrats continue to dig into their heels.

The House also passed a similar resolution Wednesday night, overturning another California regulations requiring the sale of zero-emission trucks in the state. Similarly, resolution I passed Along the party line of 216-195 votes, 213 Republicans and three Democrats voted to abolish the mandate.
Overall, one Republican and 194 Democrats voted to maintain the regulations.
