Vanessa Trump may no longer hold the title of the president’s daughter-in-law, yet Tiger Woods seems to maintain his connections to both sides. Woods, at 49, mentioned in March that he went on a date with Vanessa, who was married to Donald Trump Jr. from 2005 until their divorce in 2018. Interestingly, the president endorsed this relationship, and Woods was seen at the White House on Thursday.
Senator Jim Banks shared a photo of the two on social media. Both Woods’ son, Charlie, and Vanessa’s daughter, Kai, are enthusiastic golfers. Kai has even committed to playing at Miami University, while Charlie has participated in tournaments alongside his father and with Kai during the US Open Qualifiers.
Woods was spotted with Kai at the Genesis Invitational, where both Vanessa and Kai also participated in the TGL match started by Woods and Rory McIlroy. In a social media post on March 23, Woods confirmed his relationship with Vanessa, expressing excitement about sharing life together while asking for privacy regarding their personal lives.
The president’s daughter, Ivanka, expressed her happiness for them, commenting, “He told me about it, and I said, ‘Tiger, it’s good. I’m very happy for both.'” She added that she has a close relationship with Woods, having played golf with him recently, considering him an amazing person and athlete.
Woods’ past relationships, including his divorce from Erin Nordegren and a connection with Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, were quite public. He was with Erica Herman when he won the Masters in 2019, but that relationship ended in a dramatic fashion marked by legal disputes.
