A Week After Silence, Formula 1 Returns with Emilia Romagna Grand Prix
After a week of quiet, Formula 1 is back in action with the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. The race at Imola marks the start of the European segment of the season and kicks off yet another triple header for the sport.
Following the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, teams will move on to Monte Carlo for the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix—certainly one of the highlights of the motorsports calendar. This series of three races wraps up with the Spanish Grand Prix at the month’s end.
In a strong showing at the Miami Grand Prix, Oscar Piastri has propelled Lando Norris to 16 points in the drivers’ championship, placing the McLaren driver as a frontrunner in the title race. Thanks to their collective efforts, McLaren now enjoys a 105-point advantage over Mercedes in the constructors’ championship.
However, it’s important to note that there’s still quite a long way to go before the championship is settled.
