Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces allegations of raping a woman with a penis the size of a ‘Tootsie Roll’: lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious allegations of rape from a woman referred to as Jane Doe, who describes an incident involving him that reportedly took place in July 2001.

The woman claims she first met Combs in May of that year, spending time with him at various nightlife venues and recording studios in New York City. According to her statements in court documents, nothing inappropriate occurred during their initial meetings until one night after a club visit when he took her to his apartment and confined her in his bedroom.

During this encounter, she alleges that Combs forced her onto the bed, placed his hands around her throat, and ominously declared, “I’m going to suck life from you.”

She described him as being about 55 years old at the time of the incident, and she claims he revealed what she characterized as “a large tootsie roll length” when he undid his pants. She also mentioned in the lawsuit that she was “reliable” based on comparisons to the rapper’s song, implying that he was aware that sexual intercourse would not be painful due to his anatomy, humorously referencing “itty bitty diddy.”

The woman asserts that despite her protests, Combs overpowered her before he ejaculated inside her. After the incident, she claimed she attempted to clean herself in the bathroom before making her escape while Combs lay naked on the bed.

According to her, a bodyguard was outside the room and directed her toward the exit, after which she and a friend were given a ride home by Combs’ staff.

Following the night in question, she claims she stopped responding to his calls. Reports indicate she sought psychotherapy to cope with the trauma stemming from the incident and is now pursuing damages for emotional and physical abuse, along with psychological effects.

Representatives for Combs did not immediately comment on these allegations. Previously, the musician has denied all claims of sexual misconduct. His lawyer asserted that no allegations from anyone, especially those who choose to remain anonymous, would change the fact that Combs has never assaulted or trafficked anyone, regardless of age or gender.

Combs’ legal team also emphasized their confidence in the judicial process to reveal the truth, noted that this civil suit arises amid his ongoing sex trafficking trial, which commenced on May 5 in New York City.
