The future with cyborgs is approaching: Lab-created humans are being developed right now.

Joe Allen’s Impact on Transhumanism

Joe Allen wears many hats: he’s an author, researcher, arena rigger, and the editor of Steve Bannon’s “Warroom.” More importantly, he stands out as a significant ideological figure, focusing on the intersecting realms of AI, transhumanism, and spirituality.

This is precisely the perspective that Nicole Shanahan is keen to explore.

During a recent episode of “Back to the People,” she inquired, “How do you define transhumanism?”

Allen responded, explaining it as “a willingness or exploration that transcends humanity using science and technology.” Essentially, it’s an integration of humans and machinery. While it may sound like something from dystopian fiction, it’s actually a reality that’s underway.

Currently, we might not have cyborgs, but transhumanism has already begun to influence reproduction. With the fertility crisis in America, it seems inevitable that such advancements will soon become commonplace.

Shanahan highlighted a transhumanist company creating human eggs in a lab “without input from a female ovary,” which can be fertilized with either “actual or synthetic sperm.” In simpler terms, machines are now capable of generating pseudo-humans.

She suggests that halting this progression is “impossible”—almost as unattainable as trying to prevent the development of organoids or brain chip implants.

“What we face is the reality of humans existing within transhumanist cyborg machines,” she stated, labeling it a fresh effort in an age-old bid to “steal human souls.”

Shanahan shared that we are at a pivotal moment—”a narrow window” that presents divergent paths for humanity’s future.

While the idea of coexisting with transhumanist advancements might seem unsettling, Allen reassured that there are two positives. First, although people often view these technologies as “digital gods” with extraordinary powers, they might not be as superhuman as one would expect.

Secondly, Allen asserted, “If we believe that we want to be more human than machines and that there exists a realm beyond our understanding, we will fight for it—and that will shape our world.” It will surely be a considerable struggle, but, he concluded, “We must have faith in the human spirit and the human soul, and even more.”
