Discussion on Relocating Palestinians to Libya

Washington: The Trump administration is crafting a proposal that could see as many as 1 million Palestinians from the Gaza Strip permanently moved to Libya, according to a report by NBC News released on Friday. This information comes from five individuals familiar with the discussions.

The plan appears to have been carefully considered, with discussions already taking place with Libyan leadership. This insight was provided by two individuals with direct knowledge of the situation as well as some former US officials.

In return for facilitating the resettlement of Palestinians, the administration seems to have put a freeze on certain actions that had been in place for over a decade.
