Scott Adams Gets a Call from Trump After Being Diagnosed with Prostate Cancer

Scott Adams Shares Trump’s Concern After Biden’s Cancer Diagnosis

Comic strip creator Scott Adams, known for Dilbert, revealed on Thursday that he received a phone call from Donald Trump after learning about Joe Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis.

During his podcast, “Real Coffee with Scott Adams,” Adams discussed how he initially missed Trump’s call, which came from an unfamiliar number in Florida and went to voicemail. The voicemail started with Trump saying, “This is your favorite president.”

“Did I really send the most important person in the world to voicemail?” Adams wondered.

Adams mentioned that Trump’s voicemail was fairly lengthy and concluded with a suggestion to call back. However, he decided against returning the call, thinking Trump was merely being courteous.

“It’s not like he’s sitting at the Resolute Desk waiting for my call,” Adams reflected. “Whatever he’s up to has got to be more pressing than reaching out to me.”

To Adams’s surprise, Trump called him again later that day, and this time he picked up.

Trump was checking in on Adams, ensuring he had what he needed. Adams described his cancer experience as “a bit miserable.” Trump reassured him, stating, “If we need something, we’ll make it happen.”

The call was, according to Adams, “the most incredibly strange and difficult to understand, but it was so much fun.”

Adams had shared his recent prostate cancer diagnosis, noting that it has metastasized to his bones. He jokingly mentioned to Trump that his life expectancy might be as short as this summer.

Meanwhile, Biden’s office confirmed on Friday that he has a type of prostate cancer that has spread to the bone.
