Miley Cyrus shares that filming for the Hollywood Walk of Fame resulted in her ICU stay.

Miley Cyrus’ ICU Experience After Music Video Shoot

Miley Cyrus recently opened up about an alarming health scare linked to her music video filming on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The 32-year-old singer recalled the dizzying experience that landed her in the ICU shortly after the shoot.

“I filmed this video in October,” she revealed. “By November, during Thanksgiving, I found myself in the ICU for a bit.” This revelation came in an interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

Cyrus shared how she was filming on the Hollywood Walk of Fame when things took a turn for the worse. “I caught something,” she explained. “My legs started to give way… around my knees. The doctor asked me, ‘Do you know why this severe infection occurred?'”

She acknowledged that while her doctor had seen it all, this case was particularly bad. “The surgeon couldn’t believe the severity of my infection,” Cyrus admitted. It was clear that this was no minor issue.

She humorously noted that she wanted to save money by shooting at night to avoid the high rental fees associated with the location. “I had this big idea, but a tight budget. Well, I mean, the budget was decent, but I blew most of it on my outfits,” she laughed. “Have you ever done a walk of fame shoot in the middle of the night? I thought it was going to be my last day.” It’s a wild story, one that offers a glimpse into the chaotic life of a pop star.

The singer recently reflected on another health scare earlier this year, which added to her challenges. While co-hosting “Miley’s Big Year Day Party” with Dolly Parton, she faced another medical emergency—a ruptured ovarian cyst that was painful and scary, yet she managed to carry on with the show.

“It was really tough,” Cyrus recounted. “I didn’t fully understand what was happening at the time, but it was a traumatic experience.” Despite the difficulties, she pushed through, showcasing her resilience amid chaos.
