The French Open semi-finals are set to wrap up on June 6th with two men’s matches scheduled.
The day kicks off with reigning champion Carlos Alcaraz, ranked second, going up against the eighth seed, Lorenzo Musetti. Musetti is quite skilled on clay but recently made headlines for accidentally hitting a lines judge during his quarter-final against Frances Tiafoe. He received only a code violation for that incident.
Later, Jannik Sinner, the top seed, will take on sixth seed Novak Djokovic. Djokovic, a three-time winner at Roland Garros, could face a tough challenge; if Sinner clinches the match, he’ll reach his first Grand Slam final. Sinner is coming off a win at the Australian Open earlier this year, adding to the stakes.
