Tarek El Moussa has been cited for battery following an incident in Las Vegas where he allegedly knocked out a man last week.
The reality TV star had an altercation with another individual at the Palazzo hotel on June 5th, an event that witnesses described as quite serious.
According to reports, witnesses told TMZ that they witnessed El Moussa, 43, strike the man with a knee to the head, causing him to collapse.
Onlookers remarked that the situation looked “bad,” suggesting the injured man seemed to have sustained significant injuries, though he refused medical help afterward.
Sources mentioned to Page 6 that El Moussa was acting in defense of his father, who is also a real estate investor and was present during the argument.
When police arrived, they gathered statements and created a report on the incident but did not take El Moussa into custody; instead, they issued a citation for battery.
Attempts to reach representatives from both the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police and El Moussa for further comments were met with silence.
A few days prior, El Moussa’s wife, Heather Ray Young, posted on Instagram about their family trip to Vegas. She described the experience as unique, mentioning attending a performance by her husband and sharing the moment with her parents.
Young’s post didn’t touch upon the recent altercation, focusing instead on the joy of spending time as a family.
