A Former Democratic Insider Questions Biden’s Leadership
A former Democratic National Committee (DNC) insider, Lindy Lee, recently spoke out, suggesting that a so-called “doll master” was actually running the Biden White House. Lee described the situation as comparable to “elder abuse,” pointing out how some individuals around President Biden were handling his role.
Her comments came as the House Oversight Committee began a series of inquiries into claims that Biden’s mental decline was being hidden by his cabinet members. Lee described Biden as an accomplice but emphasized that many were operating behind the scenes, specifically mentioning former First Lady Jill Biden and calling her actions troubling.
Lee noted, “They deny the cover-up, but I had front-row seats to see it happen.” She expressed frustration, especially toward Anthony Bernal, who she claimed seemed to act as if he were in charge. Lee added that Bernal has now been avoiding accountability, which she found concerning.
Bernal confirmed his participation in a transcribed interview with the committee but had declined to appear when told he had waived certain privileges related to an investigation. Lee referred to Bernal as the First Lady’s Chief of Staff, suggesting he had significant influence, perhaps even more so than key figures in the West Wing.
Additionally, Lee mentioned that other influential figures in the White House include Deputy Director Bruce Reed, Counselor Steve Richetti, and Senior Advisors Anita Dunn and Mike Donilon. She pointed out Neera Tanden, a former domestic policy advisor, as also playing a complex role, particularly in situations where Biden may have been unable to fulfill some of his duties.
