House GOP Has a Certain Method to Get Biden’s Doctor to Reveal His Hidden Truths

Dr. Kevin O’Connor, who served as a physician to former President Joe Biden, invoked the Fifth Amendment during his deposition with the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday. This move frustrated Republican lawmakers, who suspect there is an effort to conceal Biden’s cognitive decline. Nevertheless, Republicans might have a way to uphold his constitutional rights while seeking the truth.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer expressed his frustration over O’Connor’s refusal to answer questions regarding Biden’s mental state, which he publicly shared on social media. He stated, “It’s evident that Dr. O’Connor’s evasiveness suggests a conspiracy surrounding President Biden’s cognitive decline.” Comer emphasized the need for transparency, accusing O’Connor of hiding information and avoiding inquiries about whether he was instructed to misrepresent Biden’s health and qualifications for the presidency.

Dr. Kevin O’Connor has once again taken the Fifth during his congressional testimony. This raises serious questions about a potential cover-up related to the President’s mental fitness.

Comer hinted that O’Connor might be connected to the Biden family’s business dealings, suggesting that if he is indeed withholding information to protect Biden, it could result in serious consequences for him. This could explain O’Connor’s choice to remain silent.

Given that the House Republicans haven’t offered O’Connor immunity to secure his testimony, it raises the question of how they plan to expose this alleged cover-up. Others, like Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs, also expressed concern over O’Connor’s evasive tactics, stating that it’s damaging for Biden.

Kevin O’Connor’s refusal to engage with questions raises alarms. It may reveal the biggest scandal our country has faced.

This situation isn’t entirely new, as former President Donald Trump also invoked the Fifth Amendment during a trial related to his financial practices. At that time, Democrats argued that such a move was indicative of guilt, which has sparked debate about the implications of taking the Fifth.

Goldman, a Democrat, stated that the Fifth Amendment protects individuals from self-incrimination. However, he raised doubt about O’Connor’s credibility by suggesting that someone without guilt wouldn’t refuse to answer questions. Critics argue that this perspective oversimplifies the matter, asserting that invoking the Fifth doesn’t inherently imply wrongdoing.

Thus, should Republicans seek answers, O’Connor’s immunity could facilitate that process. If he continues to refuse to testify, the committee may need to consider other measures to compel him. Ultimately, it appears O’Connor is perhaps not the ultimate target of their investigation.
