If you’ve got a cool $8.5 million lying around, you could acquire NFL quarterback Josh Allen’s former home in California.
The Buffalo Bills star is selling his Dana Point residence, which features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. He originally bought it for $7.2 million, as first reported.
This upscale home is nestled within a gated community and boasts access to a private beach club. Plus, it’s conveniently located near a luxurious five-star resort.
Inside, the house is adorned with expansive glass windows and has floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, according to an online listing.
“Located on a large private lot, it presents incredible possibilities in a sought-after coastal area. With a newly updated presidential roof, the home is move-in ready and has potential for future enhancement,” the listing agent mentioned.
There’s a spacious opening with sliding doors that helps create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, making the most of California’s sunshine. Interestingly, three of the four bedrooms come with private baths and direct access to outdoor spaces.
A generous 12,000 square-foot lot leads directly to Monarch Bay’s private park, perfect for envisioning a resort-style backyard complete with pools, spas, and custom features.
According to Allen’s broker, he felt that the house no longer suited his needs, especially after getting married to actress Haley Steinfeld in a beautiful ceremony in Santa Barbara on May 31.
This move follows a particularly busy period for Allen, who had an impressive performance in the 2024 NFL season, throwing for 3,731 yards and 28 touchdowns. Now, his eyes seem set on leading the Bills to a Super Bowl victory in 2025.
