Porizkova was previously married to Ric Ocasek, the frontman of the band Cars.

Porizkova and Greenstein began dating earlier this year, in 2023.
The former couple married in 1989 and had two sons, Jonathan, 31, and a 27-year-old, before they announced their separation in 2018 after 28 years of marriage.

The engagement comes six years after Ocasek’s passing. He died in September 2019 at the age of 75 from heart disease, an event that deeply affected Porizkova.
