A.J. Brown injury status: What to do in fantasy football with Eagles WR ruled out for MNF

of Philadelphia Eagles Confront Atlanta Falcons On Monday Night Football The wide receiver positions remain in question heading into the final game of Week 2. Rookie Johnny Wilson is questionable after withdrawing late from practice on Saturday, and more importantly, AJ Brown is questionable with a hamstring strain.

Brown practiced fully on Thursday but was limited on Friday with a hamstring injury and missed Saturday's practice. Reported “There seems to be legitimate doubt as to whether he will play.”

update: Early Sunday afternoon, Schefter provided an update saying Brown would be unavailable. Monday Night Football:

How AJ Brown's injury impacts fantasy football

Brown doesn't play until Monday, so if there are no other options between the Eagles and Falcons, you're just going to have to take a chance. DeVonta Smith is on the roster in most leagues, so it's unlikely they'd draft both Brown and Smith. Wilson is also questionable, so Jahan Dotson is the most likely to benefit from playing time.

On the Falcons' side, Drake London is on the roster in most leagues and would likely be available to use if Brown were available. Darnell Mooney is on the roster in just over half of leagues and could be available on waivers. RayRay McCloud is barely on the roster and could be an option if they're desperate on Monday.

Another option is if there's a running back or tight end between the two teams, they could flex Brown and make a decision at that point on Monday. In that case, Weber doesn't have many options, with Eagles running back Kenneth Gainwell and Falcons running back Tyler Allgaier offering very modest value.

If there are no other decent Monday options, the best bet is to bench Brown and find someone to play in his place on Sunday.
