As President Joe Biden and his top advisers defend an open border policy that allows millions of foreigners to cross the border unscreened, a serious wave of immigration crime continues to spread across the United States.
While millions of illegal immigrants gobble up federal and state welfare funds for free housing, free medical care, food, clothing, education, legal services, and more, Americans and their children are being stolen from, beaten, raped, and murdered by illegal immigrants in every corner of the country.
Below are just a few examples of the crimes facing America.
Retail Theft
Immigrant retail theft rings are on the rise across the country. Authorities in Port Charlotte, Florida, report Two “illegal” women were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting. According to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, Carla Soto and Genesi Reyes were found in possession of more than $6,000 in stolen property.
The New England region has also been plagued by organized retail theft rings based in Maine and Massachusetts, with police in Maine arresting four people who had been in and out of prison for theft over the past five years.
In February, authorities in West Whiteland Township, a west Philadelphia suburb, reported ongoing clashes with an organized ring of retail thefts made up of illegal border crossers.
Law enforcement officials have identified at least three groups of immigrants as responsible for stealing thousands of dollars’ worth of goods in the area.
Many other parts of the country are also victims of roaming immigrant thieves, with Chicago and its suburbs experiencing a spate of thefts by immigrant gangs.
Earlier this year, western suburban authorities in Oak Brook cited an increase in thefts at several retail stores, but traced the culprits to undocumented immigrants at an immigrant shelter in Chicago.

Groups of illegal immigrants have also been reported engaging in criminal activity in other parts of the Chicago area.
In Lake County, Illinois, just north of Chicago, it was reported that immigrant gangs were suspected of running a theft ring targeting businesses.
Authorities in Michigan found a similar situation after a group of Chilean immigrants were arrested for allegedly robbing a Macy’s store in Oakland County.
Additionally, two Chilean illegal immigrants were arrested in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and charged with robbery of a jewelry store.
New York City is also plagued by gangs of illegal immigrants on scooters and mopeds rampaging through the city, including one incident in which one of them attacked a 62-year-old woman and dragged her across the street.
Chicago is facing a similar problem: Late last year, it reported that arrests of illegal Venezuelan immigrants have increased by more than 11,000 percent since 2021.
Additionally, organized retail theft rings run by immigrants are rampant in both the city and suburbs.
Crimes committed by illegal immigrants also surged in Los Angeles in 2023. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers arrested 73,822 foreign nationals with criminal records last year. These include 33,209 assaults, 4,390 sex offences and sexual assaults, 7,520 weapons offences, 1,713 murder offences and 1,655 kidnapping offences.”

Large pickpocket rings have also expanded in cities including Los Angeles, Chicago and New York, where the problem has gotten so bad that the NYPD has formed a new pickpocket squad to combat rising cases on public transportation and among tourists visiting the Big Apple.
“This is organized crime, it’s the same as the Mafia,” said Paul DiGiacomo, president of the city’s criminal justice association. Said of New York Post.
Sexual assault
Additionally, there has been a wave of media reports of illegal immigrants recently released by Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Border Patrol who have since raped and sexually assaulted women and girls across the United States.
To name just a few examples, just a few days ago, an immigrant from Turkey who sneaked across the southern border last year was arrested in the sanctuary state of New York for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl in Albany, New York.

In New York City, an Ecuadorian immigrant was arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint in broad daylight in the Queens borough of New York, police reported, after he filmed the attack on his cell phone.
In May, three illegal immigrants from Guatemala were accused of kidnapping and gang-raping a deaf woman on a street in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on June 13; two of the men have pleaded guilty.
Also in May, an illegal immigrant man who had been arrested and charged with raping a teenage girl in Prattville, Alabama, was quickly released by the Biden administration’s Department of Homeland Security, even though local police had accused him of raping the girl in a local restaurant bathroom.

Immigrants also Brutal murder These are the sexual assaults, primarily of young women, that have become a defining feature of Biden’s dangerous open border policy.
The most recent violent crime was that of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray of Houston, Texas, who was kidnapped, raped and murdered under a bridge on June 23. Her killers were two illegal immigrants from Venezuela, Johan Jose Martinez Rangel, 22, and Franklin Pena, 26.
But little Jocelyn is just one in a long list of Americans whose lives have been snuffed out by Joe Biden’s illegal border crossers.
In February, 22-year-old medical student Laken Hope Riley was killed by an illegal immigrant who crossed the southern border in 2022. The murder occurred on the University of Georgia’s Athens campus, and authorities arrested 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra for the crime.

In a separate case, law enforcement officials accused an illegal immigrant of raping and murdering Rachel Morin, a mother of five, in Bel Air, Md. An illegal immigrant from El Salvador, 23-year-old Victor Martinez Hernandez, was arrested.
Police in Midland, Texas, have arrested Rogelio Ortiz Olivas, 50, on suspicion of murder in a traffic accident that killed a 10-year-old boy who was walking home from school.
An illegal immigrant from El Salvador has been charged with shooting and killing two Chick-fil-A employees in Irving, Texas, this month, and a Mexican national has arrested He is accused of murdering Ruby Garcia in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The above list is long and far from comprehensive, as there are thousands of similar crimes across the country, but it illustrates the growing crime problem Joe Biden is bringing to this country with his border crisis. And these cases are no exception to the human trafficking, gang crimes by groups like MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, and drug cartel crimes that are currently surging in the United States.
