According to a TMZ report, Donald participated in an hour-long session that included ladder drills, medicine ball throws, and agility exercises, pushing himself until he was clearly exhausted.

During Garrett’s induction press conference, Rams head coach Sean McVay responded positively when asked about Donald’s return, stating that if the star is interested, there’s a chance.

“Aaron is someone I stay in close contact with,” McVay mentioned. “He holds a lot of respect for Myles. If he decides he wants to come back at age 35, I’m confident he can still compete at a high level.”

Furthermore, Andrew Whitworth expressed his thoughts in an exclusive interview, suggesting that whether Donald re-signs with the Rams depends on how ready he feels to face the risks associated with playing, including injuries. He acknowledged having talked with Donald about a potential return and indicated that Donald is “definitely” interested in putting on the Rams uniform again.
