“Dump Biden” is now “Dump Harris.”
A pro-Palestinian group opposed to the Democrats announced Friday that its members are “now rallying under the banner ‘Abandon Harris.'”
“While we will maintain our registered name ‘Abandon Biden,’ our mission is now focused on exposing and opposing Kamala Harris and her complicity in genocide,” the group’s statement explained. “We call on all people of conscience to join us in holding the Democrats accountable for the bloodshed in Gaza.”
Harris regularly sends anti-Israel firebrands to the Democratic National Convention and seeks to resolve the Israel-Gaza conflict.

“The Democratic National Committee’s recent actions confirm what we have been saying all along: Democrats have no interest in ending the carnage in Gaza,” the group continued. “They are not mere bystanders; they are active participants in this brutal and intolerable violence.”
The “Abandon Harris” campaign is part of a larger left-wing movement against the Democrats over their continued support for the party in Israel’s war with Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
Anti-Israel protesters expressed their displeasure with Harris’ campaign during the Democratic National Convention this week with marches, protests and demonstrations against speakers.

The Democratic presidential nominee sought to extend a hand of reconciliation to anti-Israel protesters in his convention speech, telling the audience that President Biden’s administration was “working around the clock because the time has come to get a hostage agreement and a ceasefire agreement done.”
“Let me be clear: I will always defend Israel’s right to self-defense and I will always ensure that Israel has the ability to defend itself, because the Israeli people must never again face the horror unleashed on October 7th by a terrorist organization called Hamas.”
at the same time, Harris said“What has happened in Gaza over the past 10 months has been devastating,” he said, referring to innocent Palestinian victims of the war.
