A California woman has been charged with stealing a Stanley Quencher tumbler worth $2,500 after a virus to-go cup was found spilled in her car.
Roseville police said the 23-year-old thief, who has not been identified, was accosted by retail store employees who came out with a cart full of virus-sensing cups.
