Trump Administration Reviews Actions by Biden’s Agencies

WASHINGTON — The Trump administration’s intelligence and law enforcement agencies are now aiming to address perceived misconduct by the Biden administration. This includes claims that the controversial report based on Hunter Biden’s laptop was manipulated as Russian disinformation.

The Interagency Weaponization Working Group (IWWG) will utilize resources from various agencies, including the CIA, FBI, Department of Justice, and others. This initiative was greenlit by an executive order signed by President Trump on January 20.

This order initiates a comprehensive review of “intelligence community activities over the past four years” to pinpoint instances that suggest a misuse of federal power against the public, as outlined in the order.

A senior official from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) mentioned that the focus will be on how Hunter Biden’s laptop was suppressed. They will also look into allegations that Biden’s aides coordinated with 51 former intelligence officials to affect the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, along with an FBI warning to social media companies about the New York Post’s findings, which are now accepted as true.

“No individuals will face retaliation,” the official stated. “The IWWG is simply gathering facts and evidence that may indicate unlawful actions taken to politicize government resources.”

The IWWG is also set to explore actions taken by federal law enforcement against various groups, such as January 6 participants, conservative parents at school board meetings, and those opposing COVID-19 measures.

In addition, they will investigate the TSA’s “Quiet Skies” program, which monitored the movements of Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard during her flights.

Gabbard plans to hold biweekly meetings beginning in April to facilitate the task force’s work, with a final report expected to be delivered to the president later on.

“When President Trump was elected, the American people chose to halt the Biden administration’s harmful weaponization of government agencies,” Gabbard said in a statement.

“I developed this task force to promote coordination across agencies and ensure accountability. Real accountability will lead to meaningful change,” she asserted.

Earlier this year, Gabbard worked alongside CIA Director John Ratcliffe, resulting in referrals for potential criminal prosecution against former CIA Director John Brennan and other past Obama administration officials.

Additionally, the task force is reviewing an FBI memo that targeted “radical traditionalist Catholics” and correspondence from parents at school board meetings that called for inquiries into potential links to domestic terrorism.

“We’re prosecuting Trump supporters and school board parents while ignoring real criminals,” remarked FBI Director Kash Patel. “Under Trump, we have dismantled that agenda.”

Attorney General Pam Bondi criticized how the Biden administration’s DOJ targeted Trump and his allies, prosecuting pro-life activists and treating concerned parents as domestic threats, which she believes eroded public trust in federal law enforcement.

Some have pointed out the contrasting treatment between the charges against January 6 rioters and those who were let off for vandalism during the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020.

Moreover, there are ongoing concerns related to the suppression of factual information on social media regarding the origins of the coronavirus and vaccination data.
