Alec Baldwin ridiculed for ‘SNL’ wardrobe mishap during closing scene

Alec Baldwin's appearance on “Saturday Night Live” brought laughs long after the live broadcast ended.

Baldwin, 66, was trolled online after the show when eagle-eyed fans noticed that the “Lust” actor forgot to zip up his pants during the final scene of his Charli XCX hosting gig.

Baldwin's first appearance on SNL as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at the start of the weekly sketch comedy show also sparked heated debate on social media.

One user simply wrote, “Alec Baldwin's zipper was down on SNL. What a loser.”

While many users were flustered by the Zipper incident, others did not forget Baldwin's first appearance as RFK Jr. during the cold open.

One user said, “Last night SNL thought it was a good idea to make unconscious RFK's best friend Alec Baldwin look bad about his disability. It wasn't funny or good.”

“Alec Baldwin can't do impressions,” one user wrote. “Period. Period. Why don't you hire someone who actually has these skills?”

Baldwin is set to return to television screens soon with the release of his family's reality show. “Mr. and Mrs. Baldwin” It will debut on the TLC network in 2025.
