A scuffle between Alec Baldwin and a loudmouth anti-Israel agitator at a New York City coffee shop spilled onto the sidewalk, new photos obtained by the Post report.
Baldwin, 66, walks out the front door and down the stairs at Maman, an upscale cafe on University Place in Greenwich Village, on Monday after a woman lured a man inside and demanded that he declare “Liberate Palestine.” He was seen wrestling with a woman. She photographed him.
The footage of the encounter, which was first posted online by the woman herself, cut out after Baldwin swiped her phone. And her new photo appears to show Baldwin snatching her phone from her hand and using it to chase her out of the coffee shop.
Scenes filmed from outside Maman showed the Emmy winner holding a woman’s cell phone out of reach and chasing her with his arm around her.
They struggled to get down the stairs until the woman finally got the device.
Enraged, Baldwin stormed off the sidewalk with his coffee and car keys in hand.
The instigator has been identified only as “Crackhead Bernie,” a far-left activist known for ambush-style interviews and outrageous performances.
In her original video, Crackhead Bernie approaches Baldwin and asks him to speak to her on the phone, waiting for orders and telling him to “liberate Palestine.”
“Alec, could you just say ‘Liberate Palestine’ one time?” she asked him several times, then promised to leave him alone if he said it just once.
As he heads for the door, shaking his head, she adds, “Fuck Israel, fuck Zionism.”
“Why did you kill that woman? You killed that woman, so you didn’t get a prison sentence,” she once said to a prop gun on the set of Baldwin’s film The Last. He mentioned the death of cinematographer Halina Hutchins, who died after a bullet jammed. Live bullets.
Footage she posted showed Baldwin escorting Crackhead Barney from the restaurant and then bolting the door to prevent her from entering.
She then walked around outside, calling passersby racists and “Zionist bitches” while muttering to herself that Baldwin “assaulted me and should be prosecuted.”
Crackhead Bernie has around 100,000 followers on Instagram.
Her recent videos have mostly consisted of her insulting police officers and telling pro-Israel demonstrators, “You know they’re not coming back, right?” She mentioned hostages kidnapped by Hamas.
The clash with crackhead Bernie is not the first time Baldwin has been targeted by anti-Israel protesters.
In December, he was surrounded on the sidewalk by demonstrators who asked him if he condemned Israel’s response to the October 7 Hamas attack.
He declined to mention Israel, saying instead, “I support peace in Gaza.”
In response, demonstrators shouted “Fuck you!”
