In a devastating move, Alex Jones has agreed to liquidate his ownership stake in Infowars.
Jones says Glenn Beck The blow came after the chief restructuring officer overseeing Infowars reportedly tried to bypass the courts and seize Infowars in a “very desperate” move following a $1.5 billion lawsuit over the Sandy Hook shooting.
“They’re hell-bent on keeping me off the air, regardless of what’s going on in the rest of the country,” Jones said, explaining that this all started with him refusing to accept funding from those in power who wanted to control his speech.
Before the lawsuit, Jones told Glenn he had met with “several members of the Bilderberg Group” and “several billionaires.”
“I believe they reached out to you when you were pioneering in exposing Soros before Fox came after you,” he told Glenn, adding that the billionaires told Jones they would keep him on the air and pay him if he cleaned up what he’d done.
“It was all for a flimsy payoff, and they made this whole thing up while I wasn’t doing it. And then of course a spinoff group of Project Veritas got FBI/CIA agents and they admitted to the whole thing and are bragging that they made this whole thing up,” he explains.
“And also, in the Sandy Hook show trial, they arrested an FBI agent who won $95 million from me. I never mentioned his name, I didn’t even know who he was until he sued me,” Jones continues. “He basically admitted to helping orchestrate this whole thing.”
“This is all being targeted at the American people,” he added, noting that the same thing is currently being done to Donald Trump.
“They beta tested a legal war against me for Trump, and now they’re beta testing grabbing something outside the bounds of the law,” Jones said. “As Trump has said a thousand times: They’re not trying to get to me, they’re trying to get through me to get to you.”
Glenn agrees.
“I say to the conservative media, get behind Alex Jones,” Glenn said. “This is a legal fight, and if they think they’re not going to do anything about it, they’re sadly mistaken. And if each and every one of us doesn’t stand up in our own place and say this is unfair, this is wrong, they’re going to put us all out of business and silence us.”
