Alleged gangbanger deported to El Salvador was allowed into US using CBP One app under Biden — despite already being deported

The gang rape, which was allegedly deported to the hellish megaprison in El Salvador by the Trump administration, was launched from the US before the Biden administration finally let him use the CBP One phone application, sources told the post.

Venezuelan immigrant Andri Hernandez Romero, 31, was transported to El Salvador in March with a group of 260 other reputational gang bangers, after President Trump expelled the 18th-century alien enemy law without a hearing.

He first entered the US by crossing the southern border to Texas in July 2024, but sources say he was soon exiled before he reappeared the following month.

By August of that year, Romero found his way to California, where he had entered the US using one phone application program for Shutter CBP since.

The Trump administration closed the CBP one entry feature for immigrants on his inauguration day and later created a CBP home app, giving illegal immigrants the option of self-declaration from the United States.

Venezuelan citizens fled his home country after targeting him for being gay and having a certain political view, his lawyer said. He worked for a state-run television station in Venezuela as an on-air talented make-up artist. According to CBS News.

“The government has discovered that his threat to him is reliable and that he has a chance of winning the asylum claim,” said Lindsay Tozzilawski, lawyer for Hernandez Romero.

The photographer who captured the moment El Salvador’s Hernandez Romero was escorted by MegaPrison reported that the immigrants were “I’m not a gang member. I’m a gay. I’m a stylist” as he slapped and shaved his head. According to CBS News.

“It’s scary to see who we’ve met and see who we know as a sweet and funny artist in the most frightening conditions I can imagine,” Tozzilovsky said.

Immigration agents tagged Hernandez Romero as suspected of Tren de Aragua Gangbanger based on his two crown tattoos.

However, Toczylowski claimed that the tattoo respected his parents.

“These are tattoos that have not only plausible explanations as they were people who worked in the beauty pageant industry, but also have plausible explanations because they themselves were on their parents’ names,” Tochirovsky said.

“The most plausible explanation of that is that his mother and father are his king and queen.”

However, Tricia McLaughlin, Director of the Department of Homeland Security It claimed to be an agent “The intelligence rating goes far beyond gang affiliate tattoos.”

“The man’s own social media shows that he is a member of Tren de Aragua.

The suspected MS-13 Gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia was also shipped to the South American country along with Hernandez Romero.

Several federal courts, including the Supreme Court, have ruled that the Trump administration deported Abrego Garcia as a result of “divide errors” and ordered the White House to return him to the United States.

But the Trump administration has previously refused to bring in Abrego Garcia – he has been tagged as a trafficker, wife Beater and contour suspect.
