The woman in the video was then allegedly seen soliciting sex with other women around the corner at the Case Street brothel. The alleged sex workers allegedly picked up customers in a busy area and took them to a brothel around the corner leading to a residential area.

New York City police confirmed that three people were arrested during the September 18 attack on the building. It is unclear why the padlock was not immediately placed.

On one block along Roosevelt Avenue, FOX News Digital's cameras recorded a line of more than 19 alleged sex workers on the sidewalk. There were at least seven more people around the corner, and a woman was seen on the next block asking for sex for $60.

Frias said prostitutes and their alleged pimps continue to ignore the law with little repercussions, while many elected leaders are doing nothing to stop the illegal activity. He says he hasn't done it either.
