Allie Beth Stuckey reveals what is overlooked by the ‘internet detectives’ in the Tyler Robinson hearing.

Preliminary Hearing for Tyler Robinson in Charlie Kirk Murder Case

Recently, a preliminary hearing took place for Tyler Robinson, who is accused of the aggravated murder of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Held in Provo, Utah, the hearing didn’t result in a definitive ruling, although prosecutors put forth various forms of evidence, such as surveillance footage, forensic details, and even a video of the roommate’s confession. The closing arguments are set to continue on September 1, 2026.

Even with the prosecution’s substantial evidence—evidence that the defense continuously contested—conspiracy theories surrounding Kirk’s murder remain widely circulated online. Some individuals maintain that Robinson was not the shooter or acted in conjunction with others.

Allie Beth Stuckey, on her show “Relatable,” has reviewed the evidence and pointed out the unlikelihood of these conspiracy theories. Interestingly, the defense has not commented on them at all. Allie noted that the prosecutors provided footage showing Robinson on campus, despite him not being a student there, visiting multiple times between September 10 and 11.

One segment of the video allegedly features Robinson walking with a noticeable limp towards the Rothesay building on the day of the murder. Prosecutors suggest that he climbed over a railing to access the roof where the gunshots were fired, claiming the limp was due to a concealed rifle.

A friend of Kirk, Jack Posobiec, who was present at the hearing, expressed confidence in the identification of the individual in the video as Robinson, stating that it’s unmistakably him, contrasting this with less clear footage available to the public.

Furthermore, footage from Robinson’s surrender was shared for the first time, with Special Agent Brian Davis confirming at the preliminary hearing that Robinson turned himself in to law enforcement on September 11.

The prosecution’s forensic biologist, Caitlin Oliver, testified that DNA from the rifle matched Robinson’s to an extraordinary degree. Analysis showed his DNA was significantly more likely to belong to the shooter than that of an unrelated person.

Additionally, both Robinson’s and his girlfriend’s DNA were found on a screwdriver located on the roof where the shots were fired, as well as a rifle and towel found nearby.

In a Discord chat prior to his surrender, Robinson reportedly wrote, “Hey everyone, I have some bad news. It was me at UVU yesterday. I’m sorry for all this,” leading to more confessions that surfaced later.

In an interview with his girlfriend, she claimed that he admitted to the crime and expressed regret, saying he wished he hadn’t done it while showing visible emotions.

From the evidence shown, Allie believes Robinson’s involvement is clear, suggesting that his motives stemmed from animosity towards Kirk due to his views. She expressed disbelief that any grand conspiracy could be at play involving multiple entities trying to cover things up.

Allie also addressed those spreading alternative theories about who may have really been behind the murder. She emphasized that defense attorneys have more motivation to reveal any alternative truths than independent internet sleuths perhaps trying to make sense of the events.

With the next hearing approaching, the defense might reveal more information, although they have yet to address the conspiracy theories suggesting Robinson’s innocence or lack of involvement.

In the upcoming segment of her show, Allie is set to explore a particular conspiracy theory that’s been making the rounds online.
