The Angell family is suing President Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for releasing into the United States an illegal alien MS-13 gang member accused of killing their loved one. filed a lawsuit against the other party. “Her killer was arrested at the border in 2022, but the government only allowed him to enter El Salvador, without calling him or checking his criminal history in El Salvador. It's crazy how I went from Texas to live in El Salvador.''It was the same trailer as my daughter,'' Nobles told Fox News. “It's just amazing how that happened.”
Claypool said Biden's Department of Homeland Security and Department of Health are working with the Angell family and Jim to obtain any information related to the illegal alien MS-13 gang members charged with Hamilton's murder. He said he has fought Rep. Jordan (R-Ohio) every step of the way.
“This lawsuit was brought in honor of Kayla,” Claypool told Fox News.

Jordan had to fight just to get his unaccompanied alien child file from HHS. And even when he got the file, a lot of the information had been redacted. I don't even know the killer's name. why? Because our government gives illegal alien killers the right to privacy. [Emphasis added]
Last year, Jordan and Rep. Tom McClintock (R-Calif.) launched an investigation into Hamilton's murder, noting that the murder suspect first arrived at the U.S.-Mexico border in March 2022 and is believed to have been involved in gang violence in El Salvador. It turned out that he claimed to be on the run.
In fact, the illegal alien belonged to El Salvador's MS-13 gang and had previously been arrested for that affiliation.
Mr. Biden's DHS and HHS did not bother to contact El Salvadoran police to gather such information, according to Mr. Jordan and Mr. McClintock's investigative report.
After being taken into HHS custody as a UAC, the illegal alien suspect was placed in the care of an adult assignee who claimed to be her aunt in Maryland in May 2022. Just two months later, the illegal alien allegedly strangled Hamilton to death. They raped her cell phone charger cord and then raped her lifeless body.
“I want to see change… I hope that her killer is properly investigated and background checks are done because she would still be here today and You wouldn’t know that I was going down the same path,” Nobles said. “But I'm doing this for Kayla and in honor of Kayla, but I'm doing it to help everyone else because this is a safety issue for everyone who lives here. It is.”
