Sean 'Diddy' Combs is reportedly being sued by another woman who claims the hip-hop mogul drugged her, sexually assaulted her and impregnated her. .
First, the lawsuit reported Friday's article by TMZ represents the latest comic twist in the ongoing legal saga in which Combs faces federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He was arrested in New York on Monday after being indicted by a federal grand jury in a sex trafficking investigation related to the “Freak Off” orgy.
TMZ reported on Friday that a new lawsuit had been filed, but it remains unclear where it was filed. The anonymous plaintiff claims Diddy assaulted her repeatedly over a four-year period, and that one of the encounters resulted in her becoming pregnant, but that she ultimately miscarried.
Additionally, she claimed that Diddy continued to threaten her after the incident.
The plaintiff claims that the driver would show up at her home to take her to Diddy, so she reportedly felt she had no choice in the matter.
She also claims that Diddy forced her to take ketamine and other drugs in July 2022, which resulted in her passing out. It was after that incident that she claimed to have become pregnant.
Diddy's representatives have not yet commented on the lawsuit.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the federal charges and is currently in a New York prison awaiting trial.
His arrest sent shockwaves through the music industry, with many predicting further #MeToo-style ripples in the coming weeks.
