Ariana Madix’s lawyer blasts Tom Sandoval for ‘tormenting’ her with lawsuit

The cover band frontman claims in court documents: Obtained by Us Weekly Maddix, 39, allegedly made “copies” of the footage and sent them to “Reavis and third parties.”

“We are confident that a jury will see through this latest tactic and reject the defendants’ baseless claims,” ​​Maddix’s lawyers said.

“It’s telling that Sandoval has begged Maddix for forgiveness only to then accuse her of his wrongdoings,” Sussman wrote. “He has clearly learned nothing and believes he needs to continue to tormenting Maddix in order to salvage his own image.”

Sandoval and Revis’ affair came to light in March 2023, when Maddix saw a clip of an intimate FaceTime video on her then-partner’s phone.
