Arianne Zucker Sues Former ‘Days Of Our Lives’ Producer, Show’s Production Company Over Alleged Sexual Harassment

The actress cited an example in which a producer allegedly told a co-star filming a sex scene with her that he wanted to “swap positions.” She added that while Alla was working on melodramas, it was very clear that she enjoyed doing aggressive sex scenes.

Additionally, Zucker claimed that Aller’s behavior was well known to other producers and that Coday Productions had received complaints from multiple women over the years but did nothing.

Zucker added that he had met with the human resources department of Sony, the film’s co-producer. days of our life -Several times between March 2023 and June 2023, during which time Aller continued to produce the show, which she said made her feel “violated and threatened.”

Aller was ultimately fired in August, but the actress claims this was to “save face” after the sexual harassment allegations became public.

Zucker went on to claim that she, too, was effectively fired from the show after her old contract expired last month and Koday Productions did not negotiate in “good faith.” She tried to negotiate with the company in October, but she said the company only gave her a “take it or leave it” offer.

Mr. Aller’s lawyer, Robert M. Barta, told TMZ that Mr. Zucker’s claims are “baseless allegations” and were “reviewed in a fully independent and detailed investigation over a two-month period.” Told.

“Dozens of people worked together and every allegation was thoroughly investigated,” Barta continued. “At the end of that process, the decision was made for Albert to continue in his role as co-executive producer of Days of Our Lives.”

A spokesperson for Corday Productions told TMZ that Zucker’s allegations are “without merit,” adding that the production company offered a contract renewal “including an offer of a raise,” and that Zucker’s act of rejecting a counter-offer was “This does not amount to retaliation,” he said.

“Complaints regarding Mr. Aller’s on-set behavior were immediately investigated,” the spokesperson added. “Korday Productions fully cooperated with the impartial investigation and subsequently terminated Mr. Aller.”

Mr. Zucker is suing for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, negligent hiring and supervision, and wrongful termination. The actress is reportedly seeking unspecified damages.
