A motorcyclist accused of getting into an argument with a woman near Democratic Philadelphia City Hall has pleaded guilty.
NBC Philadelphia: 26-year-old Cody Herron charged after incident in October report It noted Wednesday that the man had pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime.

Video footage showed the moment the group surrounded Nicki Bullock’s car, the NBC report continued.
A helmeted motorcyclist known as Heron was seen getting off his bike and jumping onto the back of the sedan, breaking the window. It appears that something like a handgun fell from his waistband, and he waved it at Brock as he came out of his car, then headbutted Brock as he confronted him, knocking him away.
Authorities said Herron was responsible for getting off his motorcycle, jumping onto Bullock’s car, breaking the window, and starting an argument with Bullock after shards of glass fell on the two children inside. He admitted that it happened.
The man also admitted brandishing the gun at Bullock, who got out of the car to protect the young children inside. According to Breitbart News, Bullock was delivering food and swerved into his lane when the incident occurred.
After the altercation, Bullock said her decision to stand firm was “just the simple fact that there was a child in the car.” To be honest, I just wanted to protect them. ”

According to a Breitbart News article, dirt bikes and ATVs have long caused many problems for Philadelphia officials.
