Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair is trying to legally declare Elon Musk to be the father of her child. And she is seeking sole custody of her five-month-old son, according to a petition filed Friday with the Manhattan Supreme Court.
St. Clair, 26, brought legal action against the billionaire tech giant a week after her bomb claimed the nation that the bomb had given birth to Mask's 13th child.
St. Clair claims that she and Musk were pregnant with their child in a petition for her father trying to formally recognize SpaceX and Tesla bosses during their trip to St.Barths.
She asked the court to issue an order requiring Musk, 53, to submit to genetic testing to determine whether he is his father.
The owner of X has not publicly acknowledged his suspected 13th child.
The court filing includes a photo of a young child and a musk holding a flirty text.
In another custody petition, St. Clair claims that the mask is not present for the birth of a child and only saw the baby three times.
Musk also claims that custody claimed he asked the baby to see him and asked for a photo of him.
The single mother seeks sole custody of her second son, the child.
In one offensive text exchange in her father's petition, St. Clair shares a photo of herself and her born son in a hospital bed.
“All?” Recipients saved on the phone answer “em.”
“He's perfect,” replies St. Clair.
“I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend,” EM replied, “I'm falling asleep. How do I do it?” [sic] Recovery works well. ”
In another exchange, EM laments that he gets a “reliable death threat every day.”
St. Clair responds:
She also reasoned that was why the child bears her last name.
After St. Clair sends her photo, M writes in another, awful text that he “want to knock you up again.”
In the final text exhibition, St. Clair sends a massive block of text to EM, asking them to meet in person for a communication struggle.
“Hmm,” replied EM, “Well, I have a lot of kids who make it.”
Musk's attorney did not immediately return a request for comment.
The post also seeks comments from a St. Clair representative and her child custody.
