Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR head Kristin Cabot caught kissing before the Coldplay kiss cam: video

Oh boy!

Astronomy company CEO Andy Byron and HR head Christine Cabot were spotted getting cozy at a Coldplay concert on Wednesday, right before their case hit headlines during a new segment called “Kiss Cam.”

The duo seemed to be channeling the lyrics of Coldplay’s “Yellow,” as they were seen locking lips and sharing hugs, even while looking a bit concerned at times. Footage released by TMZ on Friday revealed the details.

Both of them are in relationships, but as the audience lit up Gillette Stadium with their phones, they were caught engaging in some affectionate gestures.

The unexpected moment was blown up when the Jumbotron captured them.

“What on earth?” lead singer Chris Martin remarked, reacting to the unfolding drama.

“They’re either cheating or just really shy,” he added.

As the incident went viral, the tech giant and the chief talent officer of the AI-focused New York firm took a leave of absence, according to sources who spoke with Axios.

After being filmed on the big screen, the two quickly sought to cover their faces.

Byron is reportedly negotiating his exit package and salary, having put a pause on his resignation following the scandal.

The company announced a formal investigation into the incident on Friday.

“We are dedicated to the values and culture that have guided us since our establishment,” the organization stated.

“Our leaders must uphold standards in both behavior and accountability. The board has initiated a thorough investigation and will share more details shortly.”

So far, neither Byron nor Cabot has made any comments about the unfolding scandal.
