Aubrey Plaza was scheduled to attend the 2025 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday before her husband Jeff Baena passed away suddenly at the age of 47 on Friday.

It's unclear whether she will attend the show, which will be broadcast live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.
Page Six reached out to her representative about whether she would be attending the event, but did not immediately receive a response.
According to TMZ, Baena died Friday after taking his own life. He was reportedly found unresponsive in his home near Los Angeles by an assistant.
Police responded to the call around 10:30 a.m. local time on Friday and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
An official cause of death has not been announced.
Plaza, 40, has yet to publicly comment on her husband's death. Her representative confirmed to Page Six in a statement provided to Deadline that the family is “devastated.”
The two have been dating since 2010, and the actress revealed on Instagram in 2021 that they secretly married in 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic quarantine.
She later admitted that it was her husband's idea to get married, but that his proposal was originally a joke.

In the caption, she praised him as her “beloved husband.”
The couple had no children, but she told GQ In 2022, she said she thought about getting pregnant during the pandemic.
In the same interview, she gave a glimpse into her own married life, comparing it to that of her character Harper in The White Lotus.
“My husband and I have been together for 12 years. We've had ups and downs, and I empathize with going through tough times and comparing yourself to other couples who seem perfect,” she said. .
