Protester in Costume Arrested at Anti-Trump Rally in Alabama

During an anti-Trump “No Kings” demonstration in Fairhope, Alabama, a woman dressed in a penis costume was arrested on Saturday. She was later identified as 61-year-old Gina Renea Gamble, and footage of the incident quickly circulated online.

In video clips, a police officer can be seen restraining Gamble on the ground as other protesters film the scene with their phones. Some attendees expressed their outrage at the police actions. One officer remarked, “This is a family town. We aren’t going to have people out here dressed like this,” as the crowd reacted vocally.

According to the Fairhope Police Department’s social media post, Gamble was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after officers were called to address a traffic complaint. Upon arrival, they found her in a phallic outfit near Baldwin Square Shopping Center. When asked to change, she refused, leading to her arrest.

Gamble was taken to jail and subsequently released on bond. Mayor Shelley Sullivan commented on the situation, stating, “This type of behavior and display is unacceptable and will not be tolerated in Fairhope. Protests must be peaceful and free of profanity and obscene displays.”

Interestingly, Gamble’s social media activity included a post after her arrest, where she sought legal advice related to her incident at the protest.

In a related note, various inflatable costumes were spotted in a similar “No Kings” protest held in Washington, D.C., where older demonstrators gathered under the “Grantifa” banner, advocating against the Trump administration’s policies. Reports indicate that these nationwide demonstrations were supported by some Democratic Party donors and anti-Israel groups.

Despite the uproar, President Trump dismissed the protests, calling them a “joke” and asserting his commitment to working diligently for the public.
