New York City police are investigating after a toddler was left in a tote bag near an apartment in the Bronx.

Shortly after 6 a.m. Sunday, police received a report of a crying baby and found someone wrapped the baby girl in a blanket inside a tote bag and left the bag in front of the Rev. James A. Polite Avenue apartment. announced that it had been discovered. officials.
