A Panera Bread employee is making headlines after hitting an angry customer with a baking pan.
The incident happened inside a restaurant in Glendale, Colorado on Tuesday as other diners looked on in disbelief. New York Post Reported Thursday:
“Police identified the suspect as Isaac Andrew Ross, also known as 'Kendall Ross,'” Fox 32 reported. said on wednesday.
Customer Natalie Wiersma recorded the chaotic scene in which the suspect allegedly threw items off the counter while demanding the employee return his cellphone.
The footage purportedly shows Ross. shout He began yelling at employees across the counter, but a man in a blue shirt approached him from behind and told him to “get out of here.”
Ross then allegedly pointed his finger at the man's face, turned around and demanded his cell phone again, then shoved items off the counter near the register when a man in a blue shirt ran up behind him and shoved him.
Ross then punched the suspect, causing him to fall to the floor. When Ross tried to punch him again, another man intervened and pushed the suspect to the ground. As he was doing so, a Panera employee began hitting him in the head with a bread machine.
After the incident, TikTok's X account Libs Claimed“After fleeing from police, Ross reportedly returned to the store and assaulted and injured another at-risk male victim.”
“He's my personal hero. I thought it was very effective,” Wiersma said of the pot-wielding employee's actions.
Police are currently searching for the suspect.
