Barcelona’s Marc-André Ter Stegen Out For Season After Undergoing Knee Surgery

Brutal news has arrived from Spain.

Just before halftime, Ter Stegen took an awkward fall whilst attempting a high cross and hurt his right knee.

Barcelona announced that Ter Stegen underwent knee surgery on Monday after tests showed he had a “complete rupture of the patellar tendon in his right knee.”

I guess the next question is: where does Barcelona go from here?
