Barnard protesters shared ‘Hamas Media Office’ flyers

Anti-Israeli protesters who again attacked Bernard College's Manhattan campus this week handed out sick “Hamas Media Office” leaflets in praise of the October 7 terrorist attack.

The intrusive leaflet entitled “Our Story… Al Aksa Flood,” a name given by Palestinian terrorist groups to Israel's brutal invasion, was handed out by some masked protesters who took over the Millstein Centre on Wednesday.

“It's happening now: Bernard College protesters are handing out pamphlets written by the Hamas Media Office, justifying on October 7th,” said Elisha Baker, co-chair of Israel's Colombian Student Association. I'll post it on xshare photos from the brochure.

“This is the support of terrorists in the most raw and most obvious form.”

Colombian Jews and Israeli students shared images of “flyers created by the 'Hamas Media Office'”.

“Do you still think they're Propeace? Do you think they don't support fear yet?” asked the student group.

“Bernard College and Columbia: It's time to take action.”

Protesters also hang stickers calling for “death to America” [sic] And “Birn, Bernard Byrne.”

Protesters stormed the Milstein Center for interfaith dialogue on Broadway and 122nd St. shortly after 1pm on Wednesday.

A doll branded as Bernard's president, Laura Rosenberry, was paraded, and then hanging outside the building, as the neck, photos and videos show on Instagram.

The NYPD began removing protesters around 5pm after the threat of a false bomb. Several demonstrators were taken into custody after failing to comply with an order to travel a safe distance from campus, officers said.

Rosenberry called Wednesday's drama “unacceptable” in an email to staff and students confirming that classes will resume on a regular Thursday late on Wednesday.

“The decision to request support from the NYPD has been guided and informed entirely by the absolute duties necessary to keep all members of the community safe,” the university president wrote.

“We are in the way of anxiety today, and these ongoing disruptions will hit our community. There is no desire from anyone who wants to disrupt and intimidate the needs of the students, faculty and staff who call our campus home. We urge them to come together.”
