Popular Barstool Sports host Frank “The Tank” Fleming has reached a major milestone in his weight loss journey.
Fleming posted a video to X on Tuesday, saying her weight had dropped below 350 pounds for the first time in more than 20 years, after previously peaking at more than 500 pounds.
“I think I've made a lot of progress,” he said.
In the video, Fleming, who became a highly visible and often agitated fan of the Mets, Devils and Seton Hall, revealed that his grades were “over” .500 in 2015-2016 and that he was diagnosed with MRSA. He explained that he was hospitalized.
“Do you get it Really “I've been sick, and the only good thing about it is that I've lost about 75 to 100 pounds during the last six weeks of my illness,” Fleming said.
He said he “got a little bit more health conscious” after joining Barstool, but “then the pandemic derailed that.”
Warning: Graphic language
Fleming said he weighed 373 pounds when his latest push began and 362 pounds at his most recent weigh-in.
He continued to step on the scale, weighing in at 343.2 pounds, evaluating it as if he was evaluating his team's success.
“These are very good numbers. Very good numbers,” Fleming exclaimed.
The way Fleming found his way into Barstool Sports is pretty remarkable.
In 2017, Fleming made headlines for slamming the New Jersey Transit Authority meltdown that forced the Mets to miss their home opener.

“This is so bad!” he exclaimed as he watched the local news. “I'm not going to work on my game right now because they're incompetent!”
Fleming continued to rant about the New Jersey Department of Transportation in an interview with the Post.
“Contracting to a private company is usually helpful because it forces them to do a better job. I think you need a rival company. If it's run by the government, they can be as bad as they want.” is.”
Soon after, Barstool founder Dave Portnoy identified Fleming as a potential talent and hired him part-time, and as his presence continued to grow, Fleming signed a full-time contract in 2020. It has expanded.
