‘Baywatch’ reboot sends original lifeguards on a hunt for iconic red swimsuits

The Baywatch lifeguards have hinted that they are “ready” to once again don suits and patrol Malibu beaches as a reboot is officially in the works at Fox Entertainment.

Donna D’Errico and Carmen Electra went out looking for the red swimsuits they wore on the Lifeguard drama, but Nicole Eggert told Fox News Digital she was “so excited” to hear the show’s return. spoke exclusively.

D’Errico, who starred as lifeguard Donna Marco, reminisced about her time working on the classic ’90s TV series in some fun snaps shared online.

“Are you rebooting #Baywatch on @fox?” D’Errico shared on Instagram. “We think it’s so cool! To pay homage, we recreated it in Baywatch red.”

Derrico shared a behind-the-scenes video of a Baywatch-inspired photoshoot in which she posed in a classic red dress.

Electra was similarly excited about the return of “Baywatch.”

“It was a lot of fun,” she previously told FOX News Digital. “I’ve done things I never thought I could do, like tandem surfing, diving from a speedboat, being part of Rookie School, running across the sand with the biggest wedge of my life, and riding over waves. I never thought I would be able to achieve it, it was very difficult.

“If you’re new to water sports, and you’re not good at water sports, it’s really scary. But I tell you, when you get through it and you finish that scene, it’s the best It feels great.”
