On April 27, 2025, Bill Belichick, the former head coach of the New England Patriots and now the football coach at the University of North Carolina, made an appearance on “CBS Morning” to discuss his book, “The Art of Winning: My Life in Football.”
He was interviewed alongside his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, who at 24 is noted as the Chief Operating Officer of Belichick Productions and has previously cheered and even competed in Miss Maine USA. During the interview, CBS’s Tony Dokoupil remarked that she is “a constant presence.” Just as he posed a question to Belichick, Hudson, from off-camera, firmly interjected, “We’re not talking about this.”
Dokoupil tried to engage her, but Hudson stood her ground. This moment was later referred to as a “painful, frizzy clip” by Liz Wheeler, who pointed out the dynamics at play, suggesting that it’s clear who really holds the reins in their relationship—hinting it’s not Belichick.
Interestingly, Hudson’s reaction is even more curious given that their meeting has a backstory. In February 2021, when Belichick relocated from Boston to Florida, he ended up seated next to Hudson, a college student at the time. Sources indicate he inquired about her studies, particularly a textbook on acting logic. This sparked a discussion that apparently left a mark—Belichick even signed her textbook with a note expressing gratitude for the “course on logic.”
However, Hudson later clarified that the photos referenced weren’t obtained by chance. She implied that if images of them were leaked, she had intentionally shared them to publicly acknowledge their relationship, for reasons unclear.
There’s speculation that their connection goes beyond mere happenstance. Wheeler noted a now-deleted social media post that suggested Hudson was using a different surname but the same illustration, which, if true, raises questions about how they met and hints at a possibly complicated dynamic.
Adding to the intrigue is Belichick’s connection with Robert Kraft, the owner of the Patriots, who faced legal issues related to prostitution in 2019. Wheeler hinted that while she hasn’t made direct claims about Hudson, the elements present could suggest troubling implications if those allegations held any truth.
