After strutting her stuff in a swimsuit, Frankel humorously noted, “This morning, I was at school drop-off.” In the same clip, she playfully questioned her followers, “Why is everyone acting strangely toward me?”

Nevertheless, Frankel expressed pride in her 15-year-old daughter, Bryn, who reassured her, saying, “You look like you’re 30.”

In another post, Frankel described her appearance as resembling “mostly a train wreck,” while emphasizing her commitment to maintaining a natural body. “I don’t kill myself in the gym,” she explained, mentioning that her fitness routine has always been tailored to her own body.

She also shared about periods of inactivity, stating that she sometimes goes months without exercising, but stresses the importance of a positive relationship with food and fitness. “Being healthy is what’s truly important,” she concluded.
